2. Jgn kwan dgn org2 yg jahat/tk berfaedah, kwan dgn org2 yg baik/soleh/solehah. Insha Allah kite akan dpat input yg positif dpd dyeorg. ;)
3. Klau kite tensyen, n tatau nk crite kt siape? Jum cerite kt Allah. KIte solat, lepas tu berdoa kt Allah. Allah suke sgt bile kite bercerite kt Dia. :)
4. Klau awk smue tensyen, msti mkan kan? *I am* :P Try kite brpuase sunat pulak. Hehe, dgn brpuase tu dye bole than kan nafsu kite utk mrah org, kutuk org. Klau org asyik kcau je kan ckap ni kt dye " I'm fasting, I'm fasting I'm fasting " <-- dye tk kan kcau dh. :P
5. Perbanyakkan Zikir :) Jgan laa klau tensyen je layan lagu2 yg jiwang, rock. Try ubah, kite dgr zikir then kite ikut ber-zikir skali. Confirm laa dpat ketenangan. :)
